We recommend buying your ticket online, even if you are a member. Exclusive online discount are automatically applied to regular rates. You can also buy your ticket on site at regular price.

You must register all guided tours, except the guided tour of the This Is Our Story exhibition, at the information desk.

Cloakroom and lockers
The cloakroom is free. Umbrellas must be left in the cloakroom. Water bottles and containers with liquid should be stored in your purse or backpack. No food or drink is allowed in the exhibition halls. As light can deteriorate many works of art, flash photography is not permitted.
Equipment you can borrow
Strollers and wheelchairs are available for free. Ask at the information desk.
We have hearing aids that you can borrow for guided tours.
You will find washrooms with diaper changing tables on every floor of the Musée. A gender-neutral washroom is available on the first floor.
An area with a range of baby amenities is available at the Musée. Follow the signs or ask at the information desk. You will find two armchairs, a microwave, a bottle warmer and a changing table. Changing tables are also available in all washrooms.
You can borrow a charger from the checkroom.
