Buying tickets
Buy your tickets online and save up to $3 per ticket! Then, pick up your sticker of the day at the terminals located at the Musée entrance, or take advantage of the priority line at the ticket office. One ticket gives you access to all our exhibitions.
We recommend buying your ticket online, even if you are a member. Exclusive online discount are automatically applied to regular rates. You can also buy your ticket on site at regular price.
Get directions to the Musée.
You must register all guided tours, except the guided tour of the This Is Our Story exhibition, at the information desk.

Cloakroom
The cloakroom is free.
Remember…
- No food or drink is allowed in the exhibition halls.
- Water bottles and containers with liquid should be closed.
- As light can deteriorate many works of art, flash photography is not permitted.
Equipment you can borrow
Strollers and wheelchairs are available for free. Ask at the cloakroom.
Free Wi-Fi
A public Wi-Fi network is available in the public areas of the Musée. You will need to agree to the terms of use in order to log in.
Washrooms
You will find washrooms with diaper changing tables on every floor of the Musée. A gender-neutral washroom is available on the first floor.
Baby area
An area with a range of baby amenities is available at the Musée. Follow the signs or ask at the information desk. You will find two armchairs, a microwave, a bottle warmer and a changing table. Changing tables are also available in all washrooms.
Charger
You can borrow a charger at the information desk.

Have you lost or found something? Just notify the staff at the information desk.
