National Film Board of Canada filmmakers have been pushing the boundaries of animation for over 75 years. Discover these exceptional films and the ingenuity behind their creation.

Frame x Frame is a vibrant tribute to the National Film Board of Canada to celebrate its 75th anniversary. It explores the history of animation through a selection of the NFB’s landmark movies.

It also looks at the different methods used in animation. Visitors can even create their own movie, frame by frame, in the onsite creation studio.

The exhibition was designed and produced by the Musée de la civilisation, with the participation of the NFB.
