Inaugurated in 1988, the Musée de la civilisation is known internationally for its societal and multidisciplinary approach that places people at the heart of its activities. Among the world’s greatest national and international museums, the Musée has enjoyed two decades of stimulating and productive collaborations in 30 countries on 5 continents.

Love Me Gender

Dive into the heart of the human experience and its diversity by exploring the multiple realities of gender identity. This exhibition leads visitors to participate in an important societal discussion to demystify and celebrate the plurality of gender identity.

Brown Gold

Forget everything you thought you knew about poop and rediscover this amazing organic matter—and why we should stop thinking of it as waste. Brew. Of Taverns and Men

Get up close with one of Québec’s greatest cultural phenomena! This exhibition goes behind the scenes of Brew, a cult comedy play inspired by the sometimes simple, very male experience of Québec taverns. To be consumed with no moderation!
